On the afternoon of December 20,  the 2024 Dalian AI Industry Annual Awards Ceremony was successfully held in Dalian. This selection activity is initiated by the Dalian AI Industry Association, aiming to promote the rapid development of Dalian AI industry, commend AI units that have made outstanding contributions in technological innovation, industry applications, and industry services, establish industry standards, and pave the way for new development directions.

The outstanding application case that won this award is the adaptive AI flat wire motor laser welding technology based on machine vision-action model independently developed by Haosen. With this technology, the machine vision system is capable of capturing real-time and high-precision images of the welding areas in flat wire motors. By utilizing multi-modal sensing, it can accurately perceive the copper wires and the welding status. This enables the system to intelligently adjust welding parameters and action models in real-time, conducting adaptive optimization and control of the entire welding process. The unsupervised AI vision-action model effectively overcomes the limitations of traditional welding processes, greatly improves the stability and consistency of welding quality, significantly reduces scrap rates, improves welding quality, efficiency, and accuracy, promotes new breakthroughs and development of laser welding technology with the help of AI, and promotes the intelligent upgrading and transformation of flat wire motor production and manufacturing.
