Haosen sets up a new energy drive motor process lab, boosting the continuous upgrade of new energy motor industry

The new energy drive motor industry is fast in development and is evolving with each passing day. The drive motor product is continuously upgrading and new technologies are springing up from time to time. In order to timely respond to the requirements of OEMs and Tier 1 customers, provide reliable solutions to the customer, boost the industry towards high quality development and firmly grasp the initiative in the market, Haosen must have an in-depth understanding of motor product, closely stick to its development trends while at the same time deeply dig into the process difficulties, find & take firm hold of the main influencing factors of each process and the way of their influences.


Haosen scheduled and set up its own experimental test system, taking advantage of a full-fledged laboratory, drafting on the experimental concept and working on the theoretical verification, and established Haosen drive motor stator production line raw material performance data bank, work process parameter data bank and experiments & tests data bank, which enables Haosen to have a target for aiming at in the R&D phase of a new production line concept, to have a foundation to work on in the concept planning phase for the customers, to have a feasible method to follow in the process verification phase, and to have the strong capability in the product acceptance phase.


Meanwhile, the lab is also capable of making prototypes for the new products of the customers, which allows Haosen to stick closely to the R&D forefront of motor product, to acquire the trends of the trade, to seek for new market growth points joining hands with our customers, to arrive at in-depth strategic cooperation with the customer in the beginning phase of the project, to make preparation in advance for the large-scale mass production and to achieve a mutual benefiting & win-win scenario for both parties.


Further on, the lab is also capable of performing early-phase verifications for the project that is to be undertaken by Haosen. With the help of lab verification, the process rationality of Haosen production line is optimized, the reliability of equipment function is realized, the delivery cycle time of Haosen production line is shortened, customer’s demands for the products stability and the short-cycle delivery is continuously satisfied.


 


Introduction on the lab


Haosen new energy drive motor process lab is currently in the planning phase, it is scheduled to include 11 specialized lab rooms, including: sampling lab, insulation lab, laser lab, electric performance test lab, physical test lab, physical and chemical test lab, varnished wire test lab, as well as 4 reliability labs, there are altogether 30 + various testing equipment as well as around a dozen home-made machines with the functions of wire forming, paper insertion, wire insertion, flaring, twisting, welding and insulating as well as other machines.


The lab is having selection and verification functions for the raw materials related to the insulation performance of varnished wires, the scrape-resistance performance of varnished wire surfaces, and the deform-resistance performance in a condition of high temperature or high load.


The lab is having process verification functions related to the post-scrapping surface cleanness test, the formed wire rebound amount test, and the long cycle reliability test such as sampling product cold & hot punching, cyclic alternating humid & hot circumstance and etc.
