On Nov.24th, the ground-breaking ceremony of Haosen Construction Project (Phase-IV) was spectacularly convened at the site of Haosen Construction Project (Phase-IV). Leaders of Ganjingzi District of Dalian City, representatives from the construction unit and the supervision unit, the media as well as other honorable guests attended the ceremony.

Chairman of Haosen Board of Directors, General Manager Dong Dexi delivered a speech on behalf of Haosen. He firstly expressed heartfelt thanks to each level of the government that had been attaching great importance, giving strong support and going all out in advancing the construction of Haosen Phase-IV project. Then Mr.Dong introduced on the basic information of the project and mentioned that this project was a major strategic step for the development of Haosen NEV process equipment industry and the completion of this project would greatly ease the pressure on production capacity in a background of the vigorous development of Haosen and further improve the R&D capability of Haosen, consolidate and elevate the vital position of Haosen in the NEV field.

Following that, the Office Director of Yingchengzi Sub-district，Lin Changhe also gave a speech. Mr.Lin pointed out that, the launching of Haosen Construction Project (Phase-IV) would lay a solid foundation for the endeavor of Yingchengzi Sub-district in “Vigorously developing the real economy，consolidating and optimizing the advanced manufacturing industry”. Since its first foundation, Haosen had been rooted in the Yingchengzi Industrial Park. For the past many years, the enterprise had been maintaining healthy and steady development. After the formal launching of the Phase-IV project, it was believed that Haosen would go all out to promote for the high-quality development of the enterprise and create bigger value for the industry as well as for the society.

Further on, the standing committee member of CPC Ganjingzi Committee, Vice District Governor of People’s Government of Ganjingzi District, Feng Tan mentioned in his speech that, the Committee and the District Government attached great importance to the development and growth of Haosen in Ganjingzi District and were also setting up a special project team to advance the progress of the project. With the relentless cooperation and joint efforts between the Municipal Government, the District Government and Haosen, difficulties were overcome and the ground-breaking of this project was realized smoothly. Mr. Feng pointed out that, Haosen Phase-IV project would definitely bring a momentous power to the high-quality development of Ganjingzi District. He also emphasized, it is hoped that Haosen would advance the project construction with “high standard, high quality and high efficiency”, strive to achieve the goal of “early completion, early production and early effects”.

Finally, in waves of clapping hands and saluting shots, the leaders and honorable guests attending the ground-breaking ceremony shoveled around the sand pile as a token of laying the foundation, which symbolized the official start-up of Haosen Construction Project (Phase-IV) and it formally entered the construction phase!

On completion of this project, Haosen will go a step further in forging an intelligent manufacturing ecological circle that is combining the upstream R&D, middle-stream equipment manufacturing and downstream testing & production complete chain management as one in the New Energy field.
