4. Able to  independently write the plan.

Post Responsibilities:

1. Complete software system coding and write comments and development d0cuments. 

2. Assist in the function definition and program design of the system. 

3. Complete coding, debugging, testing and maintenance according to design d0cuments or requirement instructions. 

4. Analyze and solve the problems in the process of software development. 

5. Assist the test engineer to make the test plan and locate the open issues.
